Construction Process

  • A test-fit of the 3d-printed fursuit head base.
  • The masking tape pattern applied to the fursuit head base, with markings sketched out in marker. The ears and hair have been roughly cut out of paper and taped on to mock up the scale and placement.
  • All the fur pieces cut from the masking tape pattern of the fursuit head, laid out and ready for sewing.
  • The fur pieces of the head in progress, being sewn together.
  • The fur pieces of the head layered over the 3d fursuit head base.
  • The fur of the head shaved short to clean up the shaggy appearance.
  • The completed fursuit paws, with plush paw pads and soft claws.
